The Challenge

Development and rollout of a template. The aim was to standardize the supply chain processes and centralize them in a central, globally operating unit. At the same time, the production and sales processes of the national companies were split into independent operating companies.

    • Comprehensive process and integration consulting
      • Planning, preparation and implementation of analysis and design workshops
      • Organization and management of training and acceptance tests by end users, go-live, and hypercare for the various rollout projects.
      • Coordination and validation of country requirements and local change requests.
      • Coordination of cross-process and cross-organizational requirements between the management of the national companies, the central supply chain organization, the template team and the central finance and tax department.
      • Coordination and documentation of cross-stream and cross-divisional E2E processes

      • Checking and evaluation of local requirements in FI and CO due to deviating legal or tax requirements or country-specific company processes (e.g. labeling, co-packing, payroll processing)
      • Coordination of process requirements with stakeholders; coordination and design of coordinated decision templates
      • Creation of technical and functional specifications for implementation.
      • Creation of customized specifications in coordination with all process participants
