Solution

Process- and SAP®-consulting for the development and worldwide rollout of standardized processes and a standardized reporting system for the group's production companies:

    • Analysis of requirements and improvement potential for business processes, as well as reporting and KPI's for the management of production companies. Consulting and design of SAP®-based solutions to support and automate processes.
    • Advice on the design and coordination of E2E processes from customer order processing, purchasing, production planning and control to shipping and invoicing.
    • Design and coordination of standardized template processes
    • Organizational consulting regarding the split of activities and responsibilities between the shared service center , the local organizations, the global process owner organization and the central group accounting department.
    • Defintion and coordination of measures with auditors and group accounting for risk assessment, control and management for the developed template processes.
    • Provision of decision templates for the development and implementation of GAPs and change requests during the various template releases.
    • Creation of technical specifications for the implementation of business requirements in SAP®.
    • Provision of test plans and test reports, execution of process tests of the template prototype
    • Creation of process documentation, test plans, test reports and training documents.
    • Evaluation and approval of additional requirements and change requests.
